All bets placed and games played on fd444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or specialty games. The following general rules apply across all fd444 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to verify the selection, stake, and odds before confirming any bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fd444. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

fd444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A player's self-requested self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools.
• Identification of a player as being under 21 years of age.
• Identification of a duplicate account belonging to the same individual.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances and any amounts under investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
